If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order according to the legal deadline.
We only refund items purchased from our online store www.akashi.fr. For our branded products purchased from retailers, please contact them directly.
Please note that we refund new items, still in their original packaging and undamaged. The delivery being offered, the expenses of returns will be with your load.
For defective items, we refer you to our terms of sale.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Return procedure
1/ Log in to your account.
2/ Select the "Product return" tab.
3/ Select the items to be returned and specify the reason for the return.
4/ Our after-sales service will study your request and will give you your return number in the next few days.
5/ Once you have received the return number, write it on the envelope of your package.
6/ Go to your nearest post office and drop off the package. We recommend that you always ask for a proof of deposit.
